The Pout-Pout Fish movie thoughts: SO. FIN. 🐬💖 🎀 The story is kept simple... Gentle in aesthetics, yet very playful and energetic (two groups looking to rebuild their homes via a wish from a magical betta named Shimmer) but throws you the entire oceanic ecosystem including as many vibrant species of fish characters in various environments (incl. a cool bioluminescent scene), obviously, it's amazingly accurate of just how many sea creatures look to be their real-life counterparts but also tries to have as much fun with their surroundings, many all take part in everyday tasks and occupations. The Cuttlefish and Pink Dolphins were my favorites to watch (yes, the girl dolphin trio do have names). But it also doesn't take itself at all seriously much besides the emotional aspects and that's all I came into the movie, me being a Pout myself, this was the movie I needed to see for so long. Everyone struggling in their darkest of days could use a frilly leafy sea dragon in their life, and I only wish I could squeeze Pip with love she's that stinking adorable. ...When her dorsal fins does that bell charm ringing (she really makes that sound A LOT) See the film if you need a weight off your heart. #Pip #Benji #MrFish #kelpforest #ThePoutPoutFishMovie 🪸 🥬🐙🐟
