Recently, we opened a brand new display of the #MudamCollection. "Deep Deep Down" by curators #ShiranaShahbazi and #TirdadZolghadr, in collaboration with #ManuelKrebs, attempts to turn a #publiccollection into something one can grasp intellectually and physically.
#Collections are only exhibited to a small extent. Moments of display are dazzling states of rare exception. #Opening “Deep Deep Down. #MudamCollection”, curated by #ShiranaShahbazi and #TirdadZolghadr, in collaboration with #ManuelKrebs, on Thu 29 Jun 2023, 7–11pm.

The #MudamCollection presentation "mirror mirror: cultural reflections in fashion" will close after this Sunday 24.04. Curated by design consultant Sarah Zigrand, the exhibition focuses on the museum’s holdings in fashion, offering an insightful take on the collection.

The 25th anniversary presentation of the #MudamCollection, is based on a selection of some 40 artworks. Right: "ATP-2-2003" (2003) is typical of #FrankNitsche’s work. Center: "Zu groß für über's Sofa" (1984), by #JürgenDrescher employs the vinyl floor from the artist's kitchen.
The sculptural mural, "Dining Motions" by #TonyCragg, can be seen as an extensive painting assembled from found objects. From this collage an image of a meal appears comprising a fork, a sausage and a knife.

The work of #Luxembourg artist #BertTheis (1952–2016) can be seen as a continued attempt to create situations that allow the viewer to feel their presence and place in the world that.
