roles are split :
a Timelock Governor for parameter changes, a Guardian that can pause risk - increasing actions, and an Oracle Admin with rotation rules.
if stress hits, deficits are recorded, reserves cover first, and recap only triggers when reserves are insufficient, via a transparent sale.
if something breaks, it’s not “keep farming.” there’s a wind - down mode : freeze issuance, limit custody transfers, optionally freeze prices at last known good values, and route everyone to a controlled settlement path.
that’s grown - up DeFi design.
