Problem is fixed by universal availability of capnographs. Not only low income countries #musthaveCO2
It was a clear message through the paper that clinical examination is not enough
If relied upon then oesophageal intubation is diagnosed too late - by CVS collapse, cyanosis or at eFONA or autopsy
We can and must do better
