It's been a good news/bad news kinda morning. Good news: I'm getting stronger in physio, & squats with a 55lb barbell felt good today! Bad news: the air quality was still so bad that I needed to drive @modo_carcoop there, instead of walking, like I usually do. #MyModo

It was really nice to get out into nature a bit after being stuck at home indoors so much for the past 17 days! Glad to have @modo_carcoop there when we need it. The #HyundaiElantra we drove today is only 130m from home! #MyModo 2/3

Wanted to go for a walk somewhere other than around our block but my range is still pretty limited. 🤔 Realized @MaplewoodFlats fits the bill: flat, ~1km loop trail with some ocean views. Booked a @modo_carcoop & headed out with the fam. #MyModo 1/3

I've been wanting to take the kids for a ride in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve for ages, but it's a bit much for them to bike 18km to the trail, 11km to the Seymour Reservoir, then another 29km to get home. So we booked a @modo_carcoop truck. 1/5 #MyModo
