@westerndigital @WesternDigiCare I m using WD products for over 20 years. This issue will be the end of my trust to the company. I don't have answer about what happened with my data, 10 days of downtime is something that I saw first time in a Billionaire computer science company. Really so sad.. #MyCloudHome
#WesternDigital is not putting back the cloud online since 26th march, what kind of team you have ? do you know what "inconvenience" means ? we all have paid for a service ... #MyCloudHome
If you are facing problems with WD share here your problem. Let’s organize ourselves. It is time that WE talk seriously with us about our indemnity #lawsuit #indemnity @WesternDigiCare #mycloud #MyCloudHome

Absolutely wild to me that @westerndigital #MyCloudHome services have been down for going on 5 days. FIVE DAYS!
@WesternDigiCare E' INACCETTABILE che da 5 giorni il sistema sia in down, ed è vergognoso che non ci siano informazioni. #MyCloudHome
@westerndigital I can’t access MY DATA - my Cloud Home since Monday 3rd April
I need to have access ASAP
Any information??? #WesternDigital #MyCloudHome #mycloud #cloud
Since #WesternDigital is failing to give an ETA of when their services will be back (especially for their #MyCloud and #MyCloudHome devices), let's help them with a recap of the timeline up till now, as I understand they're busy: 🧵👇
#mycloudhome #WesternDigital Should I be concerned that my data has gone? I’m not a tech person and I’m now beginning to get very anxious. If it’s going to take some time to sort, just update us! Or at least some reassurance that out data will be there when the service is back.
Will never ever buy a #WesternDigital product ever again. Pathetic handling of the #MyCloudHome data hack. Thank God I had an offline backup of my files.
@WesternDigiCare
@westerndigital PEOPLE NEED THEIR DATA BACK. YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS APPALLING AND UNACCEPTABLE.

@westerndigital Where's our data? People's businesses are being affected and you have ZERO communication. 🤬🤬🤬 #MyCloudHome #OutageUpdate #WesternDigital
@westerndigital So how do you recommend we access our files? This isn't acceptable. Please provide instructions for taking this thing apart and retrieving our data! #MyCloudHome

So, time for the 32 million dollar salary CEO David Goeckeler to step down from the helm of Security Breached #WD days and days off line, locked out of our data with no contingency plan. What's he getting paid for?
Alguna compensación por estos dias sin el servicio? Any solution? @westerndigital #MyCloudHome
E menomale che il 31 marzo era la giornata mondiale del backup🤔
