Q9: I worked out throughout my treatment. I loved water aerobics and walking with my pets at the dog park. My new fitness obsession is Orange Theory. #N2YChat
@CCAlliance A10: I do yoga and meditation almost daily. Yoga helps with both neuropathy and nerve damage, and meditation helps to quiet the anxiety in my mind. #N2YChat

@CCAlliance A8: I don't have tools, but I do think care teams need to be more proactive/recognize needs change. I saw my center's social worker at Stage 3 diagnosis and then never again...I had to seek her out myself after my progression to Stage 4 to ask about mental health care. #N2YChat
@CCAlliance A9: When I was done with chemo 14 years ago, there was zero support for survivors. I had to research on my own what I needed and then insisted on all those things, like nutrition, physical therapy and specialists for all the issues that my treatment left me with. #N2YChat
