We were talking about how we view life and for me as I get older I realize I'm always living in a rush and I love it.
A rush to collect my bucket list of achievements.
A rush to not waste the moments I have left.
A rush to never live in regrets.
A rush to always keep pushing higher standards.
At my age, I've seen more unfortunate people who died way too young not being able to live their dreams.
Me? I am intense and very intentional about it.
I'm only working on stuff I'm excited about, with people that execute.
Never want to waste a moment on things that don't matter.
Never want to be around people making excuses for themselves to waste their lives.
Cuz really, you are the 5 people you surround yourself with.
Your time and money is valuable.
Choose wisely who and what you spend those on.
Your priorities should be your only focus and all actions should lead to THE goal.

Been #natworking ALOT in the last couple of weeks. Some observations from conversations:
In general the older people are more patient, understanding the market cycles and working with the flow.
They tend to be more visionary and have more complexity in their plan. Also more strategic with their moves.
Also the humility. They have experienced failures over the last decades and know what it takes to outlast the competition. Hard work and partners that work together.
The younger ones only seem to look at short term results. It's always like the first taste of success then they put themselves on a pedestal. ๐
They can be innovative, but their vision is short term. Very often they need to do more in order to keep up or adapt.
They haven't experienced much failures, and often think the little success they had before equates to how good they are. The snobbery is a joke. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Just some initial observations. Do u agree?
I'm not saying one is better than the other. Both can be successful. Just gotta adapt to work with them. ๐ค
