@PitneyBowes #newgistics @Gap Pitney/Newgistics has the worst delivery service. Delivery should have been this week in TX. It arrived at their IND facility, then to Grapevine, TX facility and then back to IND. I live 20 mins from grapevine. Why is it in another state now?

#Newgistics is the worst freight company ever. Estimated delivery date 4/29. "April 29, 2020 at 10:15pm Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item GRAPEVINE, TX 76051" according to USPS tracking. I could have picked it up 100 times since Wednesday.
And now it's May 1. #Newgistics has had my package since April 6. Last tracking update by them was April 11. Still hasn't answered my email. Won't answer phone. Their corporate overlord owner .@PitneyBowes .@PBCares won't do anything.
