About the #NGSTraining yesterday: we started with a tour of @acegid, followed by class sessions on RNA extraction nucleic acid amplification/quantification & overview of sequencing using @Illumina & @nanopore.
We wrapped it up with hands-on RNA extraction & library preparation.
BLiSC Grad students and staff training @TNDPHPM Personnel in computational analysis. The 6 individuals will return to operate the newly established NGS Facility there in order to monitor #COVID variants.
