A political decision has been made to shrink the NHS, accordingly, the budget's been shrunk & policies enacted to significantly reduce its capacity to provide the comprehensive service for all that it was designed for. #NHSLongTermScam
And they did that by attempting to amend it rather than oppose the whole poisonous thing.
