जनता के नजरिए से देखें तो ये एक जरूरी और जनहित वाला फैसला है .
इसके मुताबिक आपात स्थिति में कोई प्राइवेट अस्पताल इलाज से मना नहीं कर सकता.
इमरजेंसी में आए मरीज को बिना कोई डिपॉजिट किए इलाज मिल सकेगा.
इलाज के बाद मरीज या उसके परिजन से इलाज का खर्च लिया जा सकता है
अगर कोई मरीज फीस देने में असमर्थ है तो सरकार फीस चुकाएगी और दूसरे अस्पताल में शिफ्ट कर देगी .
प्राइवेट अस्पताल के मालिकों और डॉक्टरों को मंजूर नहीं कि ऐसा कोई कानून बने .
निजी अस्पताल कैसे मरीजों को लुटते हैं ये बात किसी से छिपी नहीं है .
इस कानून के बाद निजी अस्पतालों की लूट पर लगाम लगेगी. विरोध की सबसे बड़ी वजह यही है .
सरकारे मरीजों के लिए सोचती तो
सरकारी अस्पताल ,CHC ,PHC 3 स्टार 5 स्टार होते ना कि आईएएस CM और नेताओं के बंगले और ऑफिस!!
