First the starter. moon tofu + dungeon fermented kimchi, a favorite of mine. featured left.
the entre is a sky bison sirloin with a drizzle of mega poisonous pufferfish and a side of vampiric red wine. lots of it. featured right.

@eddieededed I hope y'all enjoy my take on this menu, even with those weird ingredients from Eddie boy. I never thought i'd follow again in the footsteps of my former mentor, especially since... yeah, not gonna talk about that. Anyways, i had fun doing this regardless :D. (8/8)

@eddieededed I dissolve those aether sugar cubes to use as the sweetener for the pudding. Quite tricky to eyeball the sweetness, given how these are light. I blended the goatmeal, to the point where you don't feel it while eating. Plus it adds a nice effect to the visuals. (7/?)

@eddieededed Lastly, for dessert, i made Rainbow Berries and Goatmeal Pudding. This one probably is the most technical dish out of the three, making sure each color layer is distinctly visible so it pops in the eyes. I'm quite proud to have pulled it off really :D. (6/?)

@eddieededed Going back to the sauce, i replaced the garlic with black garlic to better accentuate the dish. As for that ostrich egg, that one wasn't too bad. But that really ate through my available knives trying to crack that bad boy open. (5/?)

@eddieededed For the main, i made Sky Bison Tomahawk Steak with Chimichurri sauce, topped with cured ostrich egg yolks. I had to grab a bottle of that Vampiric Red Wine from the Head Honcho chef to turn into red wine vinegar. That's another hit off my wallet :/ (4/?)

@eddieededed For the starter, i made Thousand Layer Luminescent Potato Fries. Thinly sliced layers of potatoes coated in duck fat and fried to a crisp golden brown. I'd say the glowy thing from the potato itself gives it an extra wow factor, but that's just me. (3/?)
