Day 2 of the K9 Project saw Young people engage in a session on Weapons with PC Mike Hodges, followed by first Aid delivered by PCSO Dewi Williams.

Young People involved will receive an OCN accreditation for their participation.

🥊The Duke and Duchess’s final stop in South Wales is at Boxing Gym @BulldogsBCA. Bulldogs uses the power of boxing to involve, educate and inspire young people and their families. They hope to create ‘Champions in the Ring and in the Community’.

Great to have positive feedback; At the end of a 4 month Referral Order, a Dad stated "At no time did we feel judged, and we applaud everyone’s commitment towards helping our son to move on and make better choices."

Together with Police, #NPTYJS ran the first community K9 Project. The aim; to inform the Young people of issues around Substance Misuse, County Lines, Knife Crime, life skills advice and basic First Aid training. After 3 days, all young people successfully completed the course!
