At the #NSQualityOfLife event last night it was brought up multiple times that Nova Scotians value a strong sense of connection, of community. Do you know what is hard to have when your neighboring properties are short-term rentals? You guessed it! It's a community.
One of the guiding principles of a successful Innovation District is to be able to bring people together to share ideas in unstructured ways. This happens at our incubators/accelerators, PSEs, art galleries, music venues, parks, restaurants, public spaces,etc..#NSQualityOfLife
