When I write a long thesis it isn’t about “selling a coin” to people. It’s not me trying to be Jordan Belfort. It’s about laying out all of the angles for the coin, I’m trying to ensure that whoever buys understands how best to create value and expand the creativity. That’s what leads a meme coin to being succesful. That’s how you build a cult. Mog for instance is a masterclass in this. You could say “it’s just a simple meme. Mogging” and you’d be wrong. Its creativity has been expanded endlessly. -pit vipers -mog cat -emojis -copypastas -3d memes -Hunter Biden memes -ratios Etc etc etc. don’t feel like listing it all out but there’s a lot. All of that happened because there was strong creative guidance. When a meme is in its early stages you have to be very clear about the vision or else the foundation gets fucked up and the creativity becomes misguided. The most frustrating thing for me is having a vision for something succeeding, and seeing people totally fail to execute on it. Often I step in and try to help because it’s just so obvious to me. Like for Housecoin, it was very clear to me what kind of content would amplify the bullishness, at the start I didn’t see anyone doing it right, so I dmd a content maker whose style fit, and asked them to help the team. A strong creative foundation was established, and now many people create different forms of content which elevate the meme. It’s on autopilot. I do stuff like this for most of the coins I buy. A lot of stuff seems obvious to me but I guess it’s not obvious to others. Nothing more annoying than having a bag, knowing if X, Y, and Z happen then it can send- and seeing no one do those things. So when I write a long thesis, part of it is “calling it” yes, but it’s also a call to arms/ roadmap for all community who buy. I’m trying to give people an idea of what is bullish about it, all the angles to the narrative, all the ways to meme it, and how they can make it more bullish and spread the memetic virus through their own tweets/ content/ etc. In a way it’s me being lazy. I’d rather write one long tweet that outlines all of that shit - rather than see people take it in a retarded direction, and have to DM people and be like “dude wtf are doing these memes suck this isn’t bullish at all” Anyways, my account has grown a lot in the last few months. I do what I do because I love the creativity and the energy of it, not because of the money. I make more money in silence because I don’t roundtrip/ don’t feel guilty selling. But the larger my account gets the less fun it is for me. Might be time to change my strategy and offer less support of communities and just focus on the trades.
