Thị trường mới lên có tẹo mà mấy anh đa cấp đã hiện lên đông như cô hồn tháng 7 ấy. Mấy ông nội này còn lấy sẵn cả KV và kết quả của sự kiện NEAR APAC mà công ty tui vất vả hơn 6 tháng trời để mang đi chém gió lùa gà mới ghê chứ.
Cả nhà lưu ý là cái “Near Love Club” hay “Near Go” này chả có liên quan gì tới hệ sinh thái NEAR nha. Mấy cha nội xạo xạo này chém gió lấy đồng Near Go vớ vẩn để bảo mật cho NEAR là tào lao để lừa đảo bán gói đầu tư cho những ai thiếu kiến thức nha cả nhà. Ai muốn ôm NEAR thì tự lên các sàn top của thị trường mà mua chứ đừng có nghe lời dụ dỗ của bọn lừa đảo này mà tham gia mấy cái gói đầu tư trả lãi theo ngày, theo tháng hay gửi NEAR cho bọn chúng là mất sạch đấy nhé.
Nếu anh em có đang ôm NEAR muốn staking để nhận thêm NEAR thì tự stake vào các Validator top đầu trong danh sách Validator hoặc tìm Validator của GFI trong danh sách Validator chính thức của NEAR để stake thì sẽ được bên mình hỗ trợ các insight sớm nhất của hệ sinh thái NEAR vì bên mình đang làm việc trực tiếp với NEAR Foundation nhé.

Nay có thời gian nghía lại video sự kiện thì mới cảm nhận được độ hoành tráng và công sức của cả công ty trong suốt hơn 6 tháng ròng rã. Mới nhìn thì mê vì đã tổ chức thành công sự kiện Blockchain lớn nhất VN từ trước tới nay. Tuy nhiên, giờ lại cảm thấy áp lực vì năm sau phải làm lớn hơn và hoành tráng hơn nữa để mang đến nhiều hơn giá trị cho các đối tác và người tham dự nên bây giờ cả team lại phải sấp mặt lo chuẩn bị kế hoạch rồi.

#NEARAPAC - A chance to delve deeper into the perspectives of builders in Vietnam and the wider APAC region ❤️
Lucky enough, among the 5,000+ developers who participated in the #Web3 Hackfest hackathon, we had the privilege of interviewing two winning teams from each track 👀
Both teams shared captivating stories and journeys of how they became web3 builders 💥
- Flash UI ⚡️
The first team we interviewed is FlashUI - an open-source library of user interface components developed using BOS components, providing a diverse collection of UI components readily available for anyone.

The team comprises recent graduates who are highly enthusiastic about blockchain technology. Prior to participating in the hackathon this time, they mentioned that while they had prior experience developing on blockchain networks, this was their first venture into building something on the #BOS.
When discussing the comparison between the devX on #BOS and other environments, Khanh from FlashUI noted that despite the shortcomings of #BOS, such as the lack of public libraries (which actually inspired the creation of FlashUI), a major advantage of building on #BOS is that the components are stored directly on the blockchain, making them fully composable.
The team also finds the concept of #BOS, a universal layer capable of aggregating various types of dApps on different blockchains, to be intriguing and practical.
- TOCEP 🎓
Now, turning our attention to the second team, TOCEP, which achieved success in both tracks. TOCEP is a #Web3 e-learning platform designed to empower both learners and educators, addresses the issue of educators lacking the flexibility to modify their courses and learners being unable to tailor their learning path.
Participating in the hackathon this time marked the team's inaugural project. Prior to this, their experience was limited to creating small smart contracts with Solidity and Substrate solely for educational purposes.
TOCEP is a dapp built solely on #NEAR with a part of the application harnessing the capabilities of #BOS. When considering the differences between building on #NEAR as opposed to Ethereum or Substrate, the team highlighted that NEAR stands out as one of the most developer-friendly Layer 1 platforms with its comprehensible logic & thorough documentation.
TOCEP also mentioned they will continue to develop the platform and hope to launch in the near future!

Vietnam, and the broader APAC region, is a dynamic hub teeming with passionate builders brimming with innovative ideas.
#NEAR, in particular, has captured the interest of both users and builders in the region.
@NearVietnamHub is doing an exceptional job in fostering developers for the ecosystem. Both teams mentioned that they learned Rust and how to build smart contracts through classes and bootcamps organized by the hub in partnership with @vbi_academy 💥
