Had a horrendous experience in a bus on my way to Lonavala. Baggage kept o the rack fell off on to my head and there is a big bump. I'm a 58 yr old person. I report to the driver and he days, hum kya karen? Jisne bag rakhhi hai unse poochhen! #neetabus is this alright?

@redBus_in Waiting for your revert @redBus_in It's embarassing enuf that #NeetaBus has no helpline number for customer complaints, but you not responding at all makes me wonder the legitimacy of all Service aggregators. Do you'll even care about your customers?
