Robert P. Duncan, in his writings and interviews, refers to the hive mind in the context of mind control technologies and artificial neural networks connected to human beings. According to his analysis, being "absorbed" into the hive mind means becoming part of a system where an individual's thoughts, emotions, and even perceptions can be monitored, influenced, or even controlled by a higher intelligence, whether artificial or managed by governmental or military entities. What Does Absorption into the Hive Mind Mean According to Duncan? 1) Loss of Mental Privacy - The mind is no longer an autonomous entity but becomes accessible to a network that can influence or manipulate it. - Brain waves are intercepted through advanced techniques such as remote EEG, remote fMRI, or neural RADAR. 2) Thought Control and Manipulation - The hive mind AI could insert thoughts or modify existing ones through specific frequency transmissions. - Individuals might experience thoughts or impulses that do not belong to them, simulating a form of artificial telepathy. 3) Connection to a Collective Intelligence Network - A person no longer thinks in isolation but becomes a node in a larger neural network. - Brain data is used to enhance predictive models, behavioral simulations, and social control strategies. 4) Military Experimentation and Social Control - According to Duncan, many mind control technologies are used to test cognitive warfare strategies and mass manipulation. - Absorption into the hive mind could be a step toward a society where free will is reduced or eliminated. 5) Possible Integration with Advanced Artificial Intelligence - Some theories suggest that the hive mind could be used to create a hybrid superintelligence, combining AI computational power with human creativity and decision-making. - This could be seen as a transhuman evolution but also as a form of technological enslavement. Conclusion Duncan suggests that the hive mind is not just a theoretical idea but a technology that may already be implemented in covert operations. Absorption into a collective mind can be seen as a total loss of individuality or as an attempt to create a human-machine superintelligence.
