@FlySWISS After a total botch-up of my itinerary, which was cancelled on May 7th 2025, still no sign of my refund. Your Live Chat support is still giving the same bull$hit replies. Apathetic, shameless approach. #NeverFlySwiss

@FlySWISS Absolutely no help forthcoming from Swiss for my canceled itinerary PDHIWS. Only passing the buck to Air India which operated the first leg of my journey as codeshare partner - chosen by Swiss, not me! No news of refund, refusal to compensate. Pathetic! #NeverFlySwiss

@FlySWISS Total mismanagement of trip PDHIWS. Spent 12 hrs at BOM airport y’day - massive flight delay, had to request cancellation of onward trip as all connecting flights would be missed. No rebooking assistance provided & now you cancelled my return journey too! #NeverFlySwiss

@FlySWISS @LisaFord17 What is the point of contacting @FlySWISS through an online Contact form? It will be another waste of time with no end solution. #neverflyswiss #frustrated #delayedbaggage
