@MSEDCL Please do not give useless suggestions. I had registered a complaint, but there was zero feedback or intimation. Apparently your staff had switched off power due to some planned tree cutting, but obviously did not seem it necessary to share this info with affected consumers.

@airindia Not interested in what you do in future. Please advise your staff onboard to ensure that business class lavatories are kept in pristine condition through my ongoing flight. It is a 15 hour flight and I do not want to travel like an Indian Railways passenger with filthy toilets.
