Horrendous experience as a brand new @VodafoneUK customer! Branch: didn't do credit check correctly. Fulfillment: no welcome letter or acc. number. CustServ: can't find acc. Can't port number, Manager can't help and suggests I cancel and go back to O2!! #Vodafone #NewCustomerFail
