Since January, Indiana has lost almost 3,000 factory jobs. WARN notices in July totaled 443 jobs, August 705 and 344 in the first week of Sept. We are on trend to drop beneath 2018 employment levels by end of year. That has only happened in recessions (in each of the past 12).
