Top Tweets for #NineMileChallenges
45 minutes of gardening, and a 4 mile walk, and I'm knackered. Didn't think I was this unfit! Hopefully September's #ninemilechallenges for @CatsProtection will get me fit enough for October's #The40thRace @LondonMarathon for @tenovuscancer . Here's hoping!!
Compared with Wednesday, today was great - even managed 2 short walks, albeit 8 hours apart! Only few days till start of #NineMileChallenges for @CatsProtection, which doubles up as training for virtual @LondonMarathon #the40thRace for @tenovuscancer. Must get some more miles in!
Grotty night, followed by rough day, - not helped by rubbish weather. Finally hit total of 3.8 miles by end of day, inc. short session on treadmill. Training initially for #NineMileChallenges for @CatsProtection next month, then virtual @LondonMarathon for @tenovuscancer in Oct.
2 days of training, 1 day off, 2 days training, 1 day off. Seems to be a pattern emerging. With no training 22/5 till 9/8, just hope it's enough to get me through #NineMileChallenges for @CatsProtection in Sep & @LondonMarathon #The40thRace for @tenovuscancer in Oct !
After yesterday's rest day, another walk this evening - trying to build strength and endurance back up, ready for #NineMileChallenges for @CatsProtection and virtual @LondonMarathon for @tenovuscancer ! Three days of training and I'm knackered! Wish me luck - I'll need it!
