Here are recent examples of xylazine found by @WEDINOSProject. Increasingly found in"heroin" samples across the UK. It is not an opioid. It is an anaesthetic used by vets on large animals. It also causes vaso-constriction so soft tissue wounds around the body take longer to heal.
