Shocking each time I read it. Lack of enforcement of existing laws. New home buyers are on the hook for $90 million from guarantee fund, partly because gov't agency Tarion failed to enforce its own laws. Where's the $90 million in homebuyer deposits? @PaulCalandra @fordnation
