1. Unbelievable! My 10:55 AM @flyspicejet flight from Patna had already departed at 8:20 AM — and I got zero communication. Then told I was “5 mins late.” This is beyond negligence — it’s unacceptable #SpiceJet #CustomerRights #NOtoSpicejet MY PNR: VYN6FF

@flyspicejet flight SG 8938 keeps getting delayed: from 5:45 PM IST to 6:10 PM, then 7:30 PM, now 8:30 PM with no certainty. Staff are not providing proper answers and are misbehaving with customers.#DelhiAirport #notospicejet @Ministry_CA

@Ravi_Paliwal147 @flyspicejet @flyspicejet AVOID AT ALL COST!! FRAUD ALERT!! They cant fly, can cancel. Won't refund, but instead give credit shell which is worst. Credit is late, can't use two credit shells together. #worstflight #notospicejet

@flyspicejet can't believe such cheaters, rude. Faced at Kolkata charged extra for laptop bag, in every other airlines its consider + bt spice jet includes it in hand baggage & took 2000rs from me. Doing complaint to aviation ministery also. #NotoSpiceJet will nvr fly again.
