Based on credible information, the sleuths of the North Zone Task Force Team of @hydcitypolice , along with Sanitary Officer of Cantonment, Secunderabad conducted raids at ‘S.S.S Chicken Shop’ and ‘Ravi Chicken Shop’ at Anna Nagar and Arjun Nagar, Begumpet, Secunderabad and seized noxious chicken.
Police arrested two persons:
1. M. Bhasker (34yrs), Occ : SSS Chicken Shop, Arjun Nagar, Rasoolpura, Secunderabad.
2. Botta Raveendar (24yrs), Occ: Ravi Chicken Shop, Anna Nagar Balamrai
Seized 600 kgs of Frozen and Stored Noxious Chicken Wastage and bones.
Facts:-
The Respondent M.Bhaskar is resident of Indiramannagar, Rasoolpura, Begumpet, is running SSS Chicken Shop at Arjun Nagar, Rasoolpura. The other respondent Botta Raveender is also resident of Indirammanagar and running Ravi Chicken shop at Anna Nagar, Balamrai.
They both hatched plan to sale Chicken Wastage, bones by storing them up to several months to needy Fast Food Centers, Wine shops on lower prices than market price. In such business places people ate Chicken without doubting it , also at Fast Food Centers they mix chicken with artificial colors, Ajinomoto, makes chicken colourful and tasteful and easily sells to Chicken lovers. Since the respondent freezing Chicken Wastage, bones to a long time, chicken became noxious and it creates Health Hazards to the people who ate such chicken.
The Hyderabad Police Appeal to General Public:-
➢ Be cautious while purchasing Chicken in Unhygienic Checking merchants.
➢ Check Prior ordering Chicken at Fast Food Centers.
➢ Be more cautious while eating chicken at adjacent shops at Wine Shops.
➢ Any suspicion rise over Chicken vendors immediately dial ‘100’, call ‘Local Police’ or ‘GHMC Officials’.
