I went to the @TxDOT segment 3 meeting - it was a sorry attempt at giving folks information. I have *excellent* vision, was standing not very far from the screen, and even I had difficulty making out some of the text on the pre-recorded video presented to us #NotAResolution

The ‘open forum’ was a pre-recorded video played on loop in an overcrowded room. After the first playthrough when people started talking again, it was impossible to hear! when I say crowded, I mean CROWDED. Super hard to access the posters around the room! #NotAResolution
