@MsJoBillington Every time we have this narrative of a lack of money “for SEND” it reminds me how so much of our education system views children with SEND as *other* & *extra*. Why is it that it’s SEND that loses out? Why aren’t we talking about a lack of funds for year 8 or PE? #notinclusion

@travers_georgia @thepetitioner @Claire_Ryan12 For a child with chronic illness, it’s a double whammy. They feel they have it tough enough coping with medical interventions, pain and appointments, but then to make them ‘fail’ a target for attendance makes it even worse!
