Dear @HMCTSgovuk I requested the 10am link in good time. No reply by 09:42 so I called & was told ‘the person who deals with these requests is not in the office’ and that she would contact the judge when she came in - judges (understandably) are annoyed at late requests……

to get the COP reporting restrictions changed. It took ages. It can be hard (Amanda's was particularly challenging) but it's not impossible.
Families have Article 10 rights to freedom of speech that have to be taken into account. #NotSecretCourt
I’ve written a blog about the process to change the reporting restrictions I was under ( and still am). I ask the question: does it really have to be this hard ? @OpenJusticeCoP
I'll be observing this hearing in person. I have my own "living will" (technically, Advance Decision to Refuse Treatment) and strong views about what I want at my own end of life - so this case really matters to me.
