@Noel_Sritharan Feedback from children during the LFA Silent Weekend a few years ago highlighted that they don’t like adults shouting instructions throughout games One idea was to offer coaches a further 1 minute break in each half in return for little shouting from the touchline #notesnotnoise

If you haven’t already, arrange a FREE Adult In Junior Football workshop for your club from @LancashireFA Suitable for parents & volunteers You could hold annually, as part of your registration process or for new teams/members? We do! #ForTheKids #NotesNotNoise #LetThemPlay
