Herein lies the driving force behind our #NottsPCX review work with community services - we scored 2/10 for this in the national community #mentalhealth survey. No blame, it's not an easy task to capture #feedback from ppl seen at home, but we can, & we will, do better than this!
This was the last slide in yday's #NottsPCX session with @NottsHealthcare #SALT (speech & language therapy) teams.

Like that @clareenston is surfacing that patients are concerned about giving feedback when they feel that #NHS staff are pushed, stressed + trying to do their best. They worry about the impact on us, even when they think their #feedback is valuable.
