In a #NovocoOZ panel on managing, reporting and administrating at fund level, @jillhoman says of proposed QOF reporting requirements: "Any level of information is placing a burden, but these are all basic items. No matter the size of fund, they should know these."
Panelists on the "Rules, Regulations and Your QOF" panel at #NovocoOZ discuss various regulatory provisions, including the definition of "accredited investor."
In final panel of Day 1 of #NovocoOZ, Damian Gancman of Cityview says of new OZ bill: "I do think the simplicity of the fund of funds structure (provision) gives you a broader population from a sponsor’s standpoint. From an investor’s standpoint, it provides more flexibility. "
