I'm giving myself a grace period of 1~3 years for self-learning anatomy using this book.
Hopefully, by the end of 2025, I can explain the most commonly overused muscles based on the clients that I've met in 2023~2024.

I hate the itchiness and what I hate most is gatal nauzubillah tu kacau waktu i tidur.
Tengah tidur mati tibaยฒ 4am terjaga gatalยฒ 1 badan.

Harini study pasal rahim.
Disebabkan bulan ni ada few people tanya pasal peranakan jatuh and if I boleh buat sengkak rahim ke tak.
I boleh buat tapi I tak sarankan most of the time especially bila I respond "buat pelvic exercises for 2 weeks dulu" lepas tu senyap. #NurutProject
