Donation drive for the Taipei-based #NylonCheng Liberty Foundation and Memorial Museum has begun. Funds will help create a traveling exhibition with new illustrations and never-released-before artifacts to areas outside of the Taiwanese capital.
Nylon lived a life inseparable from "228" — he was born months after the #228Massacre on Sept. 12, 1947; served 8 months w/o trial as "inmate 2280"; and immediately upon release, began rallying for the 1st-ever commemorative events of the 1947 tragedy on a national scale in 1987.
