Honestly can’t believe how @O2 are carrying on. I was a victim of SIM swap fraud, left with no service for nearly 2 weeks, and told all costs would be covered. Now they’ve got the cheek to text me saying I owe £145 this month. An absolute disgrace. #O2Fail #O2Disgrace #O2Fraud

#o2 #o2fraud how do you get help when someone has managed to order 2 SIM cards on your own account and you have tried multiple times to no success to have the SIM cards stopped. Passed from one to another it’s so distressing

@O2 In January 2021 you allowed a fraudster to use my name+birthday to buy an iPhone on credit from you. They then defaulted on the loan. This has resulted in a default appearing on my credit report. #BetterConnected #O2Fraud #CreditFraud #IdentityTheft #FightFraud #FraudVictims
