The ANSPs, Airports and Airlines teams are preparing their pitches, for the top-5 research solutions.
For each solution, the #needs of each stakeholder will be highlighted, along with the enablers expected from #safety research outcomes

The first day of #OPTICS2rtc is almost finished: the groups are identifying the "key research priorities" and are discussing which ones should be the most important ones.
The top-5 concepts will be included in the pitch session tomorrow.
The second interactive part of #OPTICS2rtc is now taking place.
The ANSP, Airport, Airlines groups are now discussing the 4 research areas for #safety.
They have to distribute "money" and propose concepts in the 4 areas:
"How would YOU invest for Human Factors in #aviation?"
And the winner of this first part of #OPTICS2rtc is #Skillful !
ANSPs, Airports and Airlines are interested in projects that can integrate all stakeholders, with HF supporting management to foresee and prepare for future challenges: with up-skill, re-skill or hiring strategies.
The interactive part of #OPTICS2rtc now begins.
First: Barry Kirwan and Daniele Ruscio will introduce the 4 main research areas for #aviationsafety: (1) Adaptive #Automation; (2)Application of #AI; (3)Monitoring the #Human; (4) New Concepts & #futureskills/competences.
