A few days after it was disclosed the Biden Justice Department and FBI misled the Court and the American people (in addition to tampering with evidence), Judge Cannon cited the large number of legal issues she must resolve before proceeding to trial: The Court also determines that finalization of a trial date at this juncture—before resolution of the myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA issues remaining and forthcoming—would be imprudent and inconsistent with the Court’s duty to fully and fairly consider the various pending pre-trial motions before the Court, critical CIPA issues, and additional pretrial and trial preparations necessary to present this case to a jury. The Court therefore vacates the current May 20, 2024, trial date (and associated calendar call), to be reset by separate order following resolution of the matters before the Court, consistent with Defendants’ right to due process and the public’s interest in the fair and efficient administration of justice. This timeline is normal and not surprising but the Left's election riggers and civil rights abusers believe that Trump has no rights and will attack Judge Cannon for proceeding normally in this case and for not violating Trump's constitutional rights.

Paul appears to think Fauci had a say in this overruling. Paul says Fauci knew that the Chinese labs wanted to create a coronavirus because the NIAID was a partner with the proposal. "So in January and February of 2020, instead of Anthony Fauci piping up and saying 'Oh, wow, they briefed us on [the Chinese labs]. It looks like they ended up doing what they briefed us on' instead of saying that, he commissioned people to say the opposite." "It makes me think there's really something there that they're hiding."
