@nelson_piercy @RCPhysicians @Melanie_Nana1 So agree. Anticoagulants vary in effect. We use LMWH because it is safe in pregnancy but anti-Xa effect is not a gd anticoagulant for preventing thrombosis on valve surfaces, warfarin is.
