चांदनी चौक में एक मॉल बना था, नाम है #Omaxe_Chowk, इसमे करीब 2500 वाहनों के लिए मल्टी लेवल पार्किंग बनी हुई है।
यह पार्किंग बिल्डर को बनानी और चलनी थी और पांच साल के बाद यानी दिसंबर 2025 में @MCD_Delhi की #RP_Cell को सौंप देनी थी।
शर्तें स्पष्ट थी और पार्किंग का चार्ज लेने की जिम्मेदारी थी #RP_Cell की, लेकिन उसने ऐसा नहीं किया।
जानकारों की मानें तो इस पार्किंग से निगम को 25-30 लाख रुपए मासिक आय हो सकती है और पूरा खेल भी इसी पैसे की एवज में होने वाली काली कमाई का है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार #RP_Cell में #ADC होकर भी बतौर मुखिया तैनात #Rajiv_Kumar और अधीक्षक #SanjeyGusain ने खेल शुरू कर दिया और इस पार्किंग का चार्ज नहीं लिया।
सूत्रों की मानें तो मामला पंचायत में भी पहुंचा, मामला साफ़ था निगम के फायदे के चक्कर में बिल्डर का करोड़ों का और लुटेरों का लाखों का नुकसान तय था!
और निगम का फायदा हो या दिवालिया, उन्हें क्या फर्क पड़ता है? उन्हें तो कमाकर और लुटा कर चले जाना है !
शायद इसी ख्याल के चलते चौधरी ने भ्रष्ट ADC को निलंबित करने या सीट से हटाने की बजाए खाने-कमाने की छूट दे दी!
वर्ना जिस खिलाड़ी ADC की बात हो रही है वह निगम में #Rajya_Sabha से #Import हुआ और #RRRules के अनुसार इस पद के लायक भी नहीं है।
मगर यह केवल RPCell ही नहीं दूसरे कमाई वाले विभाग #Advertisement का काम भी नाकाबिल होने के बावजूद बतौर मुखिया ही संभाल रहा है।
चर्चा है कि कहानी #मामला_ए_हमजात की होती है तो चौधरी आँख बंद करके चिंतन करने में विश्वास रखता है !
