This was a promise made by an @vodafone line manager too. It took them over half an hour to find my account though they had all my details - amazing incompetence. And, I must pay for their failure to provide me with reasonable service. They don't seem to give a ... #OmbudsmanNext

@VodafoneUK UK promised that they'd phone me without fail today. They did not phone me. This is the FOURTH time they've broken a specific promise recently. I must waste more time with them. It's disgusting customer service. I was on the phone for an hour last time. @VodafoneGroup
