This week's blog post is almost ready for publishing. It gives an overview of asset backing and how it is used for implementing our Baseline Price Insurance service.

Referrals come to life on OpenDApps Cloud
Let's dive into the important updates in a thread. π§΅
1. Our CEO @CryptoTFaceless was part of the InTheMarket podcast with @peddy2612 from the DeFiChain community. They had an awesome talk about OpenDApps Cloud, DeFiChain MetaChain, and a lot more. Links to the podcast can be found below.π
2. We introduced our referral system that will be part of OpenDApps Cloud dApp. The system allows promoters and supporters of our platform to generate and use referral links providing them with 20% of the fees generated using their referral code. A great tool to stimulate and reward the community for their support. The system will be live on the #DMC Testnet after this week's update to v.1.0.4-beta.
3. We published our weekly blog post covering hierarchical multi-sign decentralized companies. As always the blog post is very useful information for community members and future clients. Links to the full blog post on Medium and Mirror can be found below.
4. We reached >200 followers on Twitter which gives us a greater audience to share our journey. A lot of #DeFighters joining our community which once again strengthens our commitment to @defichain MetaChain service development.

A very productive week for #OpenDApps Cloud has passed. Let's discuss what is planned for next week.
1. Most importantly, next week we will deploy version 1.0.4-beta of OpenDApps Cloud Testnet dApp on #DMC Testnet. The update will contain important new features such as:
- Referrals and service embed systems implemented
- dApp-as-a-Service release for tokens
- Optimizations, UI & UX updates
2. On Tuesday we will publish our weekly blog. This week the title was selected by a community poll and is very exciting:
An overview of asset backing for tokens and price insurance service on OpenDApps Cloud.
3. On Monday we will publish an overview of this week for the community to catch up on our progress in one post.
4. Deployment on opBNB Testnet as an experiment to see if our platform is compatible with BNB's new layer-2 blockchain.

Our CEO @CryptoTFaceless has worked on the idea of floor price insurance of tokens and we might build a blog post about it.
Asset Backing for tokens is coming as a service on #OpenDApps Cloud later this year.
Another week has passed for #OpenDApps Cloud. Let's get an overview of what the community can expect next week.
On Monday our CEO @CryptoTFaceless will be on InTheMarket Podcast to discuss OpenDApps Cloud and DeFiChain MetaChain experience and future. The podcast should be out sometime during the week for listening.
On Tuesday we will post a new blog post: "An in-depth guide to Hierarchical Multi-Sign Decentralized Companies". It will get into hierarchical companies and how they differ from shares-based multi-sign companies on OpenDApps Cloud.
We will deploy an experimental referral program on #DMC Testnet for our services allowing people to generate income from referring our platform as well as embedding our services in their UI. A very exciting feature that should create a good incentive for people to promote us.
We will try and get dApp-as-a-Service next week on #DMC Testnet as well allowing tokens created on our platform to enable a personalized dApp without any additional programming.

dApps-as-a-Service will provide simple tokens will their own dApp with information, charts, staking interface, and integration with all services connected to the token through #OpenDApps Cloud.
Our dApp-as-a-Service solution for tokens deployed on #OpenDApps Cloud is almost out. It will be added in the next version of our Testnet dApp.

It is a really interesting reading getting into company shares ownership through NFTs, and multi-sign companies and how it is all accessible through OpenDApps.
We are currently working on something interesting that should be out next week enabling other protocols and projects to embed our services. More info on that will be shared once the feature is available on Testnet.

Why do we need Decentralized Companies?
Through the use of blockchain technology, decentralized organizations can provide an immutable and auditable record of transactions, operations, and decision-making processes.
Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO)
In a DAO, decision-making, and governance processes are executed through smart contracts. DAOs are designed to be decentralized, meaning decision-making power is distributed among governance token holders within the organization.
Why do we need Private Decentralized Companies?
While DAOs provide a structure for most decentralized organizations, the type of ownership is usually limited.
Private decentralized companies can allow the same properties as DAOs but at the same time provide the option for private ownership.
Private Decentralized Companies on OpenDApps Cloud
Private decentralized companies are a new concept from OpenDApps Cloud that help fill the gap between a real-world private company and DAOs.
Decentralized companies on OpenDApps are smart contracts deployed on EVM-compatible blockchain that represent the organization as a blockchain entity.
The concept of private decentralized companies is a powerful tool for organizing and managing a business on the blockchain and it allows multi-level companies to exist.
OpenDApps Cloud provides three main options for the ownership of deployed decentralized companies:
1. Companies owned by a single entity
2. Multi-sign hierarchical companies
3. Multi-sign shares-based company
