@ashleydfarley I agree. It has been very hard to explain why it's important for me to dedicating time to networking with other #openpros via Twitter. I need to write goals and objectives around why it is important, but how do you even track that? It is so meaningful to my work though.
@maeverawr @ashleydfarley I find a lot of personal growth and professional development in dedicating time to outlets like #openpros too. I find it hard to add to reporting because often it may have nothing to do with institutional/library goals. It's more like what I learned as an individual.
#openpros Q4- I work to bring the quality and community from the past into the innovation and technology of the present, so we can prepare for the future of information.

@parnopaeus Yes! This exactly! Maybe only 3 of those people changed their behavior, but it's all important. Or 8 people came to be with data questions & maybe I wasn't able to find a solution yet, but it's an on going process. #openpros
