#OpenRule π³ not living up to the name in 7-of-10 frames... π
Finally cracked a 400 series at the lanes (156-133-156=445)... with 9-pin no-tap. But I had a few legit strikes, too. Plus, I won 2/3 at cards.

Can't get a split if you screw up your first ball. π³ #OpenRule
#OpenRule π³ returned for the third game, so let's just remember this one 50 pins over average. π
Finally got that 400 series with a 460... on fun day.
Never mind that it was a 3-6-9 setup. #OpenRule π³ still gets plenty of legit strikes when it doesn't count.
Sure, bowling your average is fun and all. But have you ever gotten 3 on the first ball in the 10th frame and then rolled the next shot in the exact same spot where no pins are standing?
At least it wasn't on a mark. #OpenRule π³
Hit that 500-series mark! π³
9-pin no-tap forever. #OpenRule
Just rolled a 198! π³
(Related: 9-pin no-tap is the best way to bowl)
Not to brag, but I just went 16 frames without picking up a split. π³
#OpenRule is out in full force today.
@TimMcNiff1 @DThompsonMN @cwillimyles I went from a 344 series last week to a 348 this week. I'm nothing if not consistent. #OpenRule π³
Big news from the subbin' #OpenRule π³ camp: Finally got that elusive 400 scratch series.
Really shouldn't be that hard, but when you roll 393, 375, 399 (@barb_rule jinxed me on this one), 371 397, 382, 375, hitting the 400 feels good.

Drink score is 161. Me: "Oh, that's way too high."
Promptly rolls a turkey and overachieves with a 165. π€¦ββοΈ
Finished strong, but @barb_rule jinxed my 400 series, which apparently is physically impossible for me. A split in the 10th left me with a 399. π€¦ββοΈ
If you're only gonna get two strikes all day, it's best to get them in the 10th frame of the second and third games. #OpenRule π³
A battle of high rollers today with @barb_rule. We had the same totals in frames 6-9 in the 2nd game.
But she bested me 112-111 in game 3 and with a 354 series to my 353. #OpenRule
Oh, and the average went down a pin bringing the handicap from 69 pins to 70. #fail π³
Fail. Finally got a couple Xs to finish strong with a 144. π€·ββοΈ
And @barb_rule overachieved in the final frame to land 1 pin over the drink score. #OpenRule π³
#OpenRule is back for the 2018-19 sub campaign. With 3 strikes in practice, this should go... pretty average. π³
Good news: Another season-high today with a 171, then a 163.
Bad news: Overshot the drink score twics, plus #OpenRule returned for the last game. #splitsville π³
Good news: 151 for my last game, plus rolled 3 strikes.
Bad news: I needed a spare + 9 in the 10th for the drink score. #missedopportunity #OpenRule π³
