So only cover interest payment this qtr if they raise 15 m & 6 mths interest if they raise 30 m ?!! IMO not a sustainable bizz model to use SH’s $$ to spin the wheels until next CR ?! #OptimumNano margin loan may be called if share price below 14.5c which this CR activates ?!

$AJM #CR IMO ? W/Black-Scholes; AJM start 45% discount -> 1 for 2 options r worth 3c under a 36 mth loan term -> no upside o/ 20c #OptimumNano #liquidation kicks > 14.5c => price target > 10c =CR pays off this qtr debt int only ! So w/a 45% disc $AVZ not lookng tht bad
