"Remembering swaroop" Six years back, Swaroop Raj a Genpact employee was accused of sexual harassment at workplace by two women. Genpact did not follow the PoSH policies and asked him to leave. A sober, simple man Swaroop Raj couldn't take up this humiliation and died by suicide. The saddest part is that the women are still not punished and no penalty on Genpact for not following PoSH rules. Today is Swaroop's sixth memorial and I have somehow become part of his family. Swaroop, may you find a lot of peace brother, sending you healing vibes from this realm to that ❤️
