I came to #OutcomesBasedGrading out of a concern for grade equity in my intro bio classes, esp since they are a gateway to lots of majors. And OBG is definitely helping with that. What I didn't fully appreciate before doing it was how much MORE LEARNING happens with OBG. (1/4)
