📣🍾♥️ Good News the PATH ACT has finally lifted! Starting today, the IRS begins processing those returns claiming ACTC or EITC, so your refund is no longer on hold! With projected releases around 2/22. Fingers crossed for sooner release dates! #TaxRefund #PATHACT

@IRStaxpros it’s February 15th. You can release tax refunds claiming the #EITC now. As the #PATHact says. Thanks big fed!

If @POTUS really wants to give the middle class some relief he should have the irs lift the #pathact and work to have it fixed. So people who need that money can get it, instead of having to wait more than a month.

@IRSnews You should of at least processed the information sent in while you waited for the stupid #PATHACT provisions to be lifted . granted you need to verify someone and that should have been done while those returns were on hold instead of waiting till not to process them .

@IRSnews But on yall website you said some early eic filers would get refund on 18th… my tax credits are all on my transcript since jan 28th except the disbursement code of 846z get rid of the #pathact its an attack on the poor

The #PATHact is an attack on #poorpeople irs knows the most tax fraud is committed by corps/ rich people. Not people with children/ low income earners. We need to revoke it
