Once u makeup ur mind to invest in a stock, start by writing ATM PE. This way u buy at a discounted price of premium earned. If at expiry, stock closes higher than strike price, u keep the premium. If closes below, you buy by paying full price - premium earned.

1. How much capital is deployed
2. How much ROI it can generate
3. How much time I need to be in the trade
4. What's my max risk & reward

"Total capital" Vs "Deployed capital"
If ur total capital is 1L & ur using 20K then your 20% capital is deployed (or at work).
3 positions open with 60,000 deployed means 60% capital deployed.
You don't need to use full capital to meet your ROI targets.
